DAY 1 / Depart at 7:30 am from your hotel in south Bali. A coffee stop (Black coffee - latté - cappuccino/jasmine or green tea) before visit Ulun Danu, a picturesque Hindu temple on the shore of Lake Bratan.
Stroll through nearby, colorful spice and fruit market in the mountain village of Bedugul. Make yourself ready for 1-1,5 hrs trekking through the dense rainforest in the nature reserve of Mt.Batukaru. In its mid, enjoy lunch at Sang Janggala Jungle Camp. After lunch a short hike to the Sang Giri Glamping, a comfortable rainforest tent resort to check-in.
In the afternoon gathering for coffee roasting and testing. Overnight at Sang Giri Glamping, in comfortable African style house tents with private bathroom and terrace with a scenic view. The Glamping

DAY 2 / Enjoy the sunrise. Breakfast with rainforest view. 2 hrs morning hike through the most beautiful rice fields of Bali, inside the UNESCO World Heritage site. Learn all about rice and its cultivation and enjoy a picnic lunch in the rice fields. Check-in at Sang Tirta, a small, charming resort in the middle of the village by the rice fields. Afternoon gathering and show how the rice is made into rice tea. Overnight in small, cozy wooden huts. Enjoy an evening campfire in the rice fields under the stars.

DAY 3 / Cozy breakfast. A morning eco-tour through Belulang mountain village with a visit of a Balinese house compound to experience the everyday village life. Learn how to weave an offering basket out of young coconut leaves and plow a paddy field knee-deep in the mud with a water buffalo. Balinese lunch in the restaurant with a scenic view of coconut palms and terraced rice fields. Check-out and return transfer to your hotel in South Bali.
